This is very serious. At the least, your cat's urethra is blocked by a stone or crystals, and at the worst his bladder has already ruptured.
Call the vet now, whatever time it is. This is an emergency. Take him to an emergency vet if there is one in your area.
The cat may not be alive in the morning.

It's highly dangerous and can kill the cat.
He's blocked in the urethra, with crystals in the urine, and can't pee. when this happens the kidneys shut down and blood poisoning starts. The longer he goes with the blockage, the more damage is done. Some cats will die within 24 hours, so it's an extremely dangerous thing and needs to be taken care of. It's considered an extreme emergency.
Standard treatment is to catheterise him (a tiny tube put into the urethra to allow the bladder to empty and stop the kidneys from deteoriating plus stop the lining of the bladder from bleeding), and to give the cat saline solution under the skin so the bladder tries to flush the crystals out with more urine.
It's very painful for the cat to be blocked, and usually this can't wait till morning as the cat will be too far gone. I've done two visits to the emergency room in the past 6 years with male cats that had this.
If at all possible get the cat to an emergency vet clinic tonight. At the very least be at the door of your own vet 10 minutes before they open and explain you have an emergency. They'll need to keep the cat till he's stable, which could be one to three days depending on how bad it's gotten.

Get him to the vet. It sounds like a bladder infection which is treatable, but it could be more serious. In February, my cat showed similar symptoms (except for the pee squirting out) and it turned out that his abdomen was filled with almost 2 liters of fluid caused by a cancerous mass on his liver. The prognosis was extremely dim and we had him put to sleep to end his misery. I still miss him so much.

He has a urinary tract infection. Is he kind of drooling from the mouth a little and not cleaning himself? That's what my cat, Homer did. He's had two UTI's. Keep a very close eye on him over night and get the cat to the vet first thing in the morning. They will more than likely give him a shot and give you some Amoxi-Drops (Amoxicillan) That will get him back to his old self in a few days. Hope your kitty feels better, I know what you and him are going through.

just because the office is closed doesnt mean they don't have a E.R. just like a Human hosptial, Call your vet the machine should tell you what number to call in a emergency
common sense - a cat should NOT have a bloated stomach and it should not have trouble using the bathroom if it does it is a emergency and don't sit around waiting - you most likely noitced this problem earlier on in the day when the vet was still openened!

It sounds like your cat has urinary tract disease. You really need to get him to a vet as soon as possible. If left unattended it can kill your cat. My grandmother had two that had it one of which had to have a sex change from letting it go too long. There is an emergency vet in the south of town that is open all night if it comes to it. Most male cats are prone to urinary disease because of the ash and magnesium levels in cat foods. It's best to put them on a food that is low in these.

Take the poor cat to an emergency vet clinic. If you call your vet, he should have an emergency phone no. Your cat has a bladder or kidney problem and he could die.

Go to the vet on the ASAP. It's probably a urinary tract infection or a kidney problem, but go to the vet that is open the soonest. If you have to drive to get to an emergency place, do it. You know you love your cat and wouldn't want to go through the same thing yourself.

From person experience, this is gone farther than a kidney infection... I know it is expensive but vets are so willing to make payment arrangements... Take him to the vet... It sounds like he needs help AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! If you don't help him he may not be with you in the morning and he is suffering and you don't want that...
