i know it's a pretty nasty yet interesting question. has anyone tried it? is it even safe (for the guy in the most part)? any details to it whatsoever?

If he's into it - then it's all good ;);););)
It isn't any less safe at "that time of the month" then it is any other time - if you're "clean" (as in "free of STD's"), then everything is good to go!
Personally, I don't know anyone who has tried that - but I have had sex with a girl who was "on the rag"...

There's a chance of transmitting blood-borne pathogens and STDs during oral sex, and this is heightened during menstruation. You should use a dental dam or a latex condom (non-lubricated) cut up the side for safer sex purposes.
Other than the safer sex issue, there's nothing really wrong with it, other than personal preference and squeamishness on the part of some people. You could use an old towel underneath, to keep the sheets clean, etc.

It's fine, unless the woman has some sort of blood-borne disease.
Realistically, when having oral or vaginal sex a man (or, in the case of oral, perhaps another woman) will be sampling all of a woman's bodily fluids anyway. Blood just has an extra added stigma.

It is safe, but gross. The girl needs to not have any STD's or infections (such as thrush, clymidia - which you don't get just by having sex with someone who has them)

me personally i would not want him to do that. But with us if he wants it during that time i just switch posions and give him oral instead that usually satisfies him until i come off my period.

i guess it be ok but why would he want to lick blood that is sick if i were a man i would not do it as long as you were pms but i mighty would put my hand in but not my mouth would not want to lick blood.
