You can get them at the civil registry at your place. They will stamp it there. Some countries requires payments though. I don't know if in your place requires that

You can pick up a certified copy of your birth certificate in the county you were born in at the Court house.

Write to the Bureau of Vital Statistics in your state`s capital, requesting a certified copy.

Call the courthouse of the county of your birthplace and they will direct you. It is a small fee so have your credit card ready. You may be directed over the internet if you look up the above.
