El/Yah/God of the OT texts killed directly and indirectly through his patriarchs,prophets and people way more(and often innocent) people than Satan does directly in the text of the OT.
I think we are in big trouble if believers go by the letter of the OT text without the light of Rabbinic and Apostolic Tradition and reason(Natural Law) and the Grace of God.
There is really no such thing as going by the Bible alone for all use some sort of tradition and interpreting authority.

God - Untold millions. We don't even know what the population of the Earth would have been at the time of the flood. Just the enumerated dead top a million when totalled up.

You mean that God judges sin, I don't know where people get this idea that God is just floating around in heaven sitting on a marshmellow and singing songs , he is a God of love the fact sinful man even still exists is a testimony of his love but he also judges sin, God is holy and judges sin.
