There are so many of them, and I don't know what flavor you want, but here you go, enjoy!!

COCONUT FROSTING

3 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup confectioners sugar
3 tbsp well-stirred canned cream of coconut
1 teaspoon dark rum (optional)
1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut

When purchasing the canned cream of coconut for this recipe, do not choose coconute milk, but instead choosing a product similar to Coco López.
Combine ingredients, beating well until icing consistency is achieved. Add more confectioners sugar, if needed.

FLUFFY CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1 stick softened butter
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, dark looks best
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/3+ cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla or
2 tsp favorite extract
1/4 tsp salt

Mix butter, cocoa powder, and sugar in medium mixing bowl. Slowly add milk and extract. Add more milk a tablespoon at a time until desired texture and volume is reached.

MARSHMALLOW FROSTING

1 cup sugar
1 tsp cream of tartar
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 dozen large marshmallows
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp water

1. Cut marshmallows into pieces. Set aside. Place other ingredients in top of double boiler.
2. Cook and stir quickly until sugar is dissolved and mixture turns white.

3. Remove from heat and add marshmallows.

4. When marshmallows become soft, place back over boiling water and heat until mixture stands in peaks.

5. Spread immediately on cake while still hot and let cool.

The absolute best chocolate frosting recipe is on the back of the Hershey's cocoa can. Make it exactly as directed. The cake's the absolute bomb, too.
