does ne 1 know if there is a disposable camera that has a timer on it.. for example u can set it to like 10 seconds n u can walk away from the camera get ready for the picture and after the 10 seconds it will take the picture on its own... know what i mean?

I don't think that there are any available but you can get point and shoot analog cameras with timer on Ebay for less than a disposable would cost you.
