No:
Rom 1:26 God let them follow their own evil desires. Women no longer wanted to have sex in a natural way, and they did things with each other that were not natural.
Rom 1:27 Men behaved in the same way. They stopped wanting to have sex with women and had strong desires for sex with other men. They did shameful things with each other, and what has happened to them is punishment for their foolish deeds.
Rom 1:28 Since these people refused even to think about God, he let their useless minds rule over them. That's why they do all sorts of indecent things.
Rom 1:29 They are evil, wicked, and greedy, as well as mean in every possible way. They want what others have, and they murder, argue, cheat, and are hard to get along with. They gossip,
Rom 1:30 say cruel things about others, and hate God. They are proud, conceited, and boastful, always thinking up new ways to do evil. These people don't respect their parents.
Rom 1:31 They are stupid, unreliable, and don't have any love or pity for others.
Rom 1:32 They know God has said that anyone who acts this way deserves to die. But they keep on doing evil things, and they even encourage others to do them.

It doesn't really matter if "lesbians" are specifically mentioned. It is the sin in that lifestyle that is the issue.
Everyone has the sin in their life they will defend or accept as Ok or not so bad compared to someone else.
For instance it is just natural for a teenage boy to want to have sex with his teacher. Or at least that is what many would say. What if he is 6 years old? how about 16. Does that make it better…? Some would say so…. Some would say the 6 year old is in training …. Just lots of putrid perversion no matter how it is defended. It is Sin no matter how carefully crafted the words to justification of it are.
If his teacher is a male it is perversion, predatory etc. What if his teacher is a Priest? Is that Ok? How about a lawyer or relative… Rich?
If his teacher is a female, well gee whiz. It can't be rape, how can you rape the willing... ? Each has their reason for just wanting to be allowed to do what they want. And some will use God as an excuse… After all they were born that way. God made a mistake and put a a Girl in that boys body. If God didn’t want perverts he should not have made any… All sin, all perversions stem from the same beginnings … Liars are thieves and thieves are cheats. If you are doing one of these you are doing them all.
Perversion in all forms is rampant. Some people in the Middle East seem to think beheading people on camera is good and justify it in Gods name… Even the courts have difficulty making the punishment fit the crime if it is a woman. Especially if she has a child of her own. " She can murder, steal, abuse even her own children in terrible ways and somehow a court somewhere will allow those children to be subject to more abuse by her, because she was well behaved in jail… ??
There is little point in arguing the bible to a non-believer. The Holy Spirit will have to give them a touch to open their eyes. Even then they will not always decide to repent. It is their choice.
Your task is not to defend God or his word. Your task is to love others into Heaven. While we are all sinners. The non-believer has no knowledge to draw on to see how awful eternity can be. They don't see it as real. You can only point the way or plant the seed. You may well never see any fruit or from those seeds. But God will someday see a harvest from your efforts. Of course not all those seeds will grow. God will do the work. It is up to the non-believer to grow or wither. God will help them grow, but to stay on the vine will ultimately be their choice.
The following verses are specific, but any verse plucked from the bible is out of context. So it would be helpful to read the entire chapters these are located in.
Best of luck to you and your friend, God Bless….
Here ya go....
1 Kings 14:24
There were even male shrine prostitutes in the land; the people engaged in all the detestable practices of the nations the LORD had driven out before the Israelites.
1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders
Jude 1:7
In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire.
Romans 1:27 (New International Version)
In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

The bible SPECIFICALLY says not between men, but conservative Christians also include lesbians. Like there is no raputer mentioned in the book of revelations but some Christians believe it anyway. HOWEVER the only place in the bible that mentions homosexuality is in the Old Testament, which is the bible for the Jews & the Jewish religion does not condem gay people to hell like convervative Christians do. Jewish perspective is "we are all children of God & gay people are no different, they have a special gift from God." Judaism is actually very big on pro gay rights, that includes conservative Jews as well! How's them apples! The bible says alot of things too like for instance did you know that we are gods?

That is not true.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
9Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
In the above verse Paul specify no gender when he mentioned the sexually immoral and homosexual.
In Roman 1:26-27 Paul says;
26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.
In this verse Paul mentioned woman unnaturaql relation and man unnatural relation. The natural relation he said is men to women.

Well, I've read the KJV through and through, gosh knows how many times, and I've never seen the word 'lesbian' mentioned. But, please remember, the word 'homosexual,' which was invented in Germany in 1869, was not in the Bible until it was added a few years ago. I am thinking that 'lesbian' is not mentioned because...well, you guys know how guys are in regard to lesbian sex. As an atheist, nothing regarding the Bible or literalism ever surprises me.

The bible says in 1 Corints 6:9 that men who lie with men (and others...) will not see his kingdom, or something like that. So is safe to say that the same applies to lesbians.

your friend is deceive if she thinks that women can do it and men cant. the word lesbian isn't in the bible . homosexuality does not just mean men, it means anyone that desires the same sex. when saying sexual immoral is referring to same sex, adultery, and fornication. the bible also said He would give them a delusion that they should believe the lie since they chose not to believe the truth. now is that not making God seem like a double standard person or what?

Several have already pointed out Romans chapter one:
The old testament addresses this subject in Levitcus chapters 18 and 20.
Lesbianism is not directly addressed, but having sex with animals is.
Leviticus 20:15-16
15 " 'If a man has sexual relations with an animal, he must be put to death, and you must kill the animal.
16 " 'If a woman approaches an animal to have sexual relations with it, kill both the woman and the animal. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

There's an argument that the Bible says nothing against homosexuality at all, in fact.
Do a search for "The Bible doesn't say anything about homosexuality" and you'll see what I mean.
I don't buy it, but I don't really care since I think the entire thing is a bunch of Bronze Age mythology that is intent on ruining the modern world along with its fellow mythologies.
But, there is a verse in the New Testament that speaks against lesbians. It's listed just above me there. Romans 1:26.

In many and really most of the scriptures, when God refers to men or man, that is speaking of all, women and men.
That is reference for the meaning.
