Pretty much they're bored and killing the time by hootin' and tootin' at a pretty girl. I'm sure they'd LOVE it if you pulled over, but don't do that. Get a CB radio and have some fun with them. :)

calm down.take the compliment and wave. its something to help pass the time on the road, teh trip seems a little shorter when you see a few hot girls on the road

for the same reason a construction worker whistle,s at a pretty girl when she walk,s by.........simply acknowledging that they think she,s HOT!......yeah I know....men are dog,s......more like wolve,s........no....they don,t expect you to pull over..........well....maybe some would like you to....but in general...no......just giving you a compliment......be nice...just smile & continue on your way.
