Let her know that while you appreciate her advice, you prefer your hair just the way it is. Tell her that perming, coloring, etc. is very damaging to your hair and you prefer not to go that route.

Be honest, yet firm!

Ask your aunt for a time that the two of you can talk about some things privately.

Explain that it hurts that she can't accept you as you are. Tell her that you like your hair the way it is. Straight hair is actually the style these days. Explain to her that it's easier to manage when it's straight, and you don't really want to do all that damage to your hair.

Then end with tell her you love her, give her a hug, and walk out.

End of story.

It's bad for your hair, can look horrible on you, and you can't undo it unless you use very harsh chemicals which are even worse for your hair. I have frizzy curly hair and have to use a straightening iron to get that lovely straight, easy to care for hair. It takes me more than an hour!

Just tell her, "Thanks, but perms are no longer in. They ruin your hair and the look these days is straight hair, not bouffant." Tell her that other people your age really like it. Tell her you like her hair for someone her age, but it would not look good on you, at least not to you. You just have to be honest, honey. But cushion the blow by telling her, thanks and that you like her hair on her. I don't know what else you can do.

I have an aunt just like that. But she does it with my relationships. You have to tell her that you like the way your hair is. Then just avoid that topic or change the subject.

Tell her to back off. With someone like that you've got to be blunt. Tell her you love her to the max, but to back off about your hair.

,perms are so last decade. thank her for concerning herself with you but you need to tell her, you like it just the way it is. say it speaks volumes of your individuality and decision making. let her know that YOUR feelings are being hurt by her constant preoccupation with your hair.

Tell her thanks, but that you like your hair straight and you're not interested in getting a perm.

Tell her it's hurting your feelings that she doesn't think you are beautiful the way you are.
