HELP! My sisters 13 year old boyfriend is trying to get her to drink and smoke. HELP?

My sister is 13 as well as her boyfriend. She has always been very innosent until recently. She started dating this guy about 3 months ago. In that 3 months she has snuck out of the house to get into a car that her drunk 13 year old boyfriend was driving. But the last time she snuck out they ran out of gas so they were walking back to her house, when the cops picked her up at 4:00 a.m. for curfew violation (did I mention they were walking down the highway) Now I find out that he is trying to get her to smoke and drink alcohol. He keeps trying to convense her to try it. Yet she stays with him, even though she hates cigarettes and alcohol. She thinks she gonna marry him and that she's in love with him. Please, someone give me some advise. I am so scared that he is going to end up accidentally killing her, wether in a car crash or alcohol poinsening.

Sorry I forgot to mention that my parents do know and don't feel they can stop her from dating him. I am 21 and trying to keep our lines of communication open so if she gets in deep, she will come to me. But she also has 2 cuts on her left wrist. I think it's just for attention because they're horizontal, but either way, it's not good. My parents did finaly take her to a counselor after I pointed out the second cut on her wrist. I don't know what heppened there, but she's suppose to go back next week. But I'm scared that will be too late.

he sounds like a rebel without a cause. but as bad as the situation is, he's also not the blame. his parent's are. and because of the lack of parental guidance, he's taking her down with him. some girls are attracted to the (bad boy-tough guy image). you see she's looking for thug love. its a substitute for the lack there of, of fatherly love and attention in the home.even for some girl's who grow up with the father in the home. he still doesn't instill the firm love,attention and strength and guidance that a father is suppose to show his female offspring,with tender and endearing word's and deed's. so she goes out and looks for it in all the wrong face's.which is why she tells you shes in love with him and wants to marry him. no shes not. shes in love with the dominate side of him. the rough side, that which represents strength of mind and character. the part that makes every little girl think of her dad as her knight in shining Armour. her hero, her first love.to her there is nothing he can't do. and no one he can't beat. in order to make her understand what you are trying to do. you are going to have to scare her straight.so to speak. before its to late.she's already obsessed with this young man to the point where she has thought about taking her life. no honey, those are not bluff, cuts on her wrist. those are wake up calls. the next time she just may get up enough nerve to go through with it. if you have not taken this to your parents then do so. if they don't react swiftly and with positive results, then you take this to her school councelor,explain the situation, and suggest the scared straight program for her.they will take it from there. if all else fails, you sound like an extremely intelligent young lady, take it to your priest,pastor or bishop,either way you will get the help that you need.

WHAT!? I am 13 (very soon 14 ) and I would never do something like that.... Look just talk to her and see what she says... but being a new teen is not easy so I doubt that she will listen to you... Talk with parents about that but tell them not to punish her, they should explain her everything... And how did that boy even took a car :| !? I don't know how old you are, but if you are older tell her that she is too young for that and that she will see and be in different situations when its her time, not now, but soon... I don't know... Tell her she is going to end up in a foster home and not see anyone ever again if she keeps this up. Corruption of a minor is against the law. Have a little chat with the boyfriend and the parents of the boyfriend. Tell a police detective. It sounds like they are juvenile delinquents. Your parents are not good parents then.

you need to tell your mom and dad what's going on. this is very serious and not something you can handle on your own! she needs to stay away from this guy, most men who start out doing these things this young end up in jail anyways. if you can't tell your parents, sit down and talk with her. ask her why she's acting this way. tell her how beautiful she is and how much you care for her and that you don't want to see her get hurt. this will be hard, but if you love her enough, she'll understand. first of all tell your parents and your sister and parents talk then your family can call the police.before u do that tell your sister how u feel about her doing this and tell her she needs 2 break up with him or he can kill her with drugs.if that doesn't work tell your parents that she needs 2 be counseled.but she really needs 2 get some help.

I understand fully, because I'm a big sister too. If this is her first boyfriend, she could be fearing that he'll break up with her. It's easier to have this conversation with her if you either knew someone who has experienced that situation, or if you did yourself. Personally, I'm not above scarying the hell out of my little sister's boyfriend. Whether I do it myself, or if I get a few guys to do it.

You really need to talk deep to your sister, and remind her that you're family that really cares about her. Remind her of the times you had when she was not doing all this stuff. And tell her what could happen to her if she keeps doing this. You have to make her feel like you care about her. And this boyfriend, if he's really the influene for this, try not to get aggressive on him, and try to reason it out. Don't do anything rash though, and try to reason this out.

JEEZes!! tell your parents! im 13 and i never saw a girl like that! or a boy like that! i think shes scared that if she broke up with him, he would kill her...but i dont know the facts..you should definately tell your parents and you should tell the police that he drinks and smokes AND DWI ( Drives While Intoxicated ) ( or drunk ) ( same thing )
