Jaw surgery?

The 3 jaw surgery I had undertaken had to do with facial asymetry. I wore braces for almost 3 yrs and still my asymetry has not been resolved. The jaw surgery was not for cosmetic reasons, but for medical purpose. Can anyone reccommend a good orthonagtic surgeon and tell me roughly the costs? SOS

where do you want to locate the surgeon, these are expensive surgeries though, good luck
