My fiance and i are having sex issues, he cant make it last longer than a minute or so.. but when we first started dating he could go for like 30-45 what could be the problem... i also have trouble getting aroused? any advice?

Be relaxed before the act takes place. Some times the emotional stage is a bad friend when sex is in the picture.Relax, take a deep breath,be ready and do it in a place with special environment.That really matter.

Find out what you like and tell him what to do to fix your arousal problems. As for his short lasting, have him do exercises. Strengthening that muscle can help him hold it in and last longer.

you maybe having problems being aroused due to the fact that you are worried about why he won't last well if he ejaculates befor hand he will last longer and maybe you just need to try new stuff maybe a new position or maybe adding toys or porn or so on and so on just you need to have fun and relax

well maybe hes scared you might get pregnant cause your gonna get married and hes scared but see if a condom would help him.
