I deffinitely agree with these people. Suicide is a LONG LONG term solution to a short term problem. Talk to a friend, or family member. Do something that will make you forget about what you're going threw. I know exactly how you feel.

First of all , posting this is a great fisrt step , it means you DONT want to die. See, suicide thoughts appear when we think that we don´t think we´ve run out of coping mecanisms, and we´re looking for relief , but if you die , you will not be able no feel any relief , because only if you are alive you can be able to FEEL. But you are still looking for help , you´re still holding on , and that means something . There was a time when i thought of suicide too. But i can tell you this. What you are feeling now , no matter how bad it aches , that too , will pass. I promise . Survivor to survivor. In the mean time , there are some things you can do , call a hotline when you feel like you can´t deal. Write down what you feel. Listen to your favorite song. Scream to the top of your lungs. Cry . Send me an email if you want . Talk to someone you care about . But whatever you do , DONT GIVE UP.

I know you are young and have alot on your mind. So please don't think of suicide. This will get you no where. If you have a situation or a problem, then you should talk to a professional such as a counselor. But do not bottle up your problems inside. Let it out. Tell someone who you can trust. If you have to cry then do it.
What you can do is go for a walk, hear some good soothing music (classical, easy listening) but don't sit in your room feeling bad or lonely. I have been there many times and there are things to do and places to go to. If your problem is hard maybe you can post it and tell someone because maybe a counselor is reading but take it easy, drop all problems for now and think of you and of a wonderful life you will have. I know you have lots of potential and abilities and this is a plus for you to get ahead.

You really need to seek out professional counseling. Seek out a person you can talk to who can guide you. There is a reason why you are feeling this way and you need to deal with it so you can move on with your life.

Having suicidal thoughts is serious and I suggest you call a help line first. Then seek out a counselor, there are low cost/no cost at mental health clinics or churches.

Also, make sure you are eating healthy and have a healthy lifestyle. Eating wrong can really change your body chemistry and make you feel bad. No sugary foods, no sodas, just healthy veggies, lean meats, limit caffiene, drink lots of water and no alcohol or illegal drugs. Take care.

It should not matter if your parents get mad.... You got to take care of yourself the best way that you can .If you are in a crisis then seek help ASAP.
Since you are trying not to cut, there is no way out, and now the depression is sinking in and becomes unbearable... Reach out , call a hot line, talk to a friend, distract yourself. These are thoughts, and are temporary. I am sorry you have to deal with this.

You only live life once, don't allow the troubles of the world to take that away from you. Keep your head up because you have a beautiful future that awaits. One day when your old and you look back at all the wonderful things you accomplish and how much you love your future children and grand children you will be glad that you lived ever bit of it. Pray and ask God to get these thoughts out of your head. God bless you don't take your life for granted.

You rarely can help yourself with a serious situation like you have. First step is to talk to your family. This is a MUST. If they love you they will stand behind you and help you obtain the help you require. You may not have to enter a hospital. Perhaps a doctor can help you with your problem without confining you? There are many new medications that can help your situation but only a competent doctor can help you.
Go see one with your mom or dad.

STOP RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE -
If you want to talk, either e-mail me your telephone number or I'll e-mail you mine;

nontien@msn.com

---------------------------------------------------------
IF

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream -- and not make dreams your master;
If you can think -- and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings -- nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run --
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And -- which is more -- you will be someone....

listen to these people and go on a hotline or seek therapy quicly. there was a timw and there are still times when i do want to die, but its not worth it. there are many incidents when people try to kill themselves and they dont succeed. instead they cause permanent damages to theselves. they becaome mentally challened or have other issues and they know that they were normal before. and trust me, you and be happy again. what you have to do first is realize why you are so unhappy. i did, and one of the main reasons for my depression was fear of the unkown. i challenged what i was afraid of (it has to do with social situations) and although i am not completely healed of my fear and not over my depression, im a lot better. depression distorts your image of life. you can email me if you want to talk.

Call a suicide hotline. Create a list of short term and long term goals. Talk to your family, a counselor, anyone. Exercise, read, join a sport, get active.
