I'm going to Florida for 2 weeks and will be doing a lot of walking and such. But I won't be working out because it is a family vacation, so there isn't really anytime to work out. Will I lose my muscle that I've been building up?

The muscle I am really referring to are the biceps, triceps, pectorials, and abdominals
Because my legs will sure get one heck of a work out

I won't really have time to do sit ups and pushups and stuff either because I'm going to be getting up pretty early and getting back to the hotel pretty late, so I won't have the time or energy to even think about doing the slightest work out
p.s. i'm not really very macho, just have toned arms and upperbody

no, two weeks isn't enough time to lose what you have now,you could drop down and do as many push ups and crunches for one set each as you can before you take your morning shower that way you won't get as sore once you start to work out again

You should not lose too much, but some muscle loss is going to occur. Make sure that your protein consumption is high. Also try doing something like pushups and dips so that you are atleast using some of your muscles.

Exact same thing happened to me this month, bro. You may not lose much in terms of muscle mass, but I noticed I had a harder time lifting things I could before the vacation.

You may not have time to go to the gym but you can do push ups when you wake up and a few sit ups. This is only for a few minutes just to keep you going until you return to your routine.

For upper body, try carrying the luggage, a bag in each hand. Then do what I know of as sidelifts with them, lift them out to the side with your arms straight. You don't have to hold them shoulder-high, just up, hold, down and repeat.

Yup! your gonna deflate like a balloon. .
Truthfully , nope you'll probably walk your feet off seeing the sights and be your own muscular self when you get back. have a great time.

No, no, no, not unless you're going for over 2 months...which is the minimum necessary time to lose any muscle at all!!
