For example, when you steal all the time & then decide that you're not gonna steal anymore, some smartass always says, "Yeah, um hmm. You're gonna go RIGHT back to doing it again! 'cuz I don't believe NOTHIN' you say." Like I owe them an answer!

I used stealing as an example, but you can apply it to a lot of things in life, like smoking, lying, speeding, doing drugs, etc.

BTW, I don't do these things, but someone gave me a dirty answer when I asked a question on here about trying to do the right things in life & start respecting my body, & someone said, "Yeah, you're gonna go RIGHT back to being promiscuous again!"

Some people are miserable and they like to spread it around to the rest of us. They will always be negative because they want us to be as miserable as they are. I believe they feel superior if they make someone else miserable.

Answer...short and simple, no one but you can decide what you are going to do, the power is in your control. I honestly believe that anything and everything a person does it's because they want to. So if being whatever way makes you happy who cares, your the only one who has to live with it!

No, you don't owe them an answer. Change is difficult enough without someone coming up with negative comments. Tell them to button it.

You answer to yourself. If you are struggling with a change, talk to some who's opinion you respect.

Be careful who you share information with.

the only reason wy people give those answers is because they are stupid and always doubt each other. They don't believe in second chances or "Change". people do not like to see growth, and when they do, they get mad cuz your doing better than them. I feel you girl i went through thesame thing sorta. I believe in you...Muahhzzz

Because change is difficult for most people and it makes them feel better about themselves if they know that things will continue the way they always have. If they see that someone else can change, it might make them feel that they should be able to change something about themselves. If they see that someone else can't change, they don't feel like they have to change anything about themselves, either.

There are doubters everywhere.
They just want to bring you down, don't let them.
It's up to you to prove them wrong.
