Maybe you just think you're eating enough of the right foods but in actual fact probably aren't?? Try either eating more foods rich in B12 (fatigue and exhaustion is a deficiency symptom of B12) or go get yourself a multi B mega stress tablet which includes all the B vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.
Foods rich in B12 - organ meats such as liver, kidneys, milk, cheese, eggs and fish.
If you are vegetarian a supplement is a must for you.
If you eat high amounts of protein a multi B supplement is also a must.

I get the same thing. I figured out that the main cause of it was not refueling right after exercise. I do about 40 min. of speed training/cardio followed by an hour and a half of abs/lifting, and would have no appetite and put off eating for about 2 hours later. The rest of the day I was zonked, and minimum exertion, i.e. walking, would seem exhausting. A month ago I started eating as close as possible to the time when I finished my workout, and had so much more energy the rest of the day. If you really can't stomach a lot, make a protein shake, or I hear chocolate milk is a really good post-workout recovery drink. Regardless, recovery food should have a lot of protein, as well as carbohydrates. Personally, I eat cottage cheese, pretzels, and an apple, or just normal lunch.
If you are refueling right after exercise (then obviously ignore all of my previous rambling), and have thought about all obvious possible causes, like lack of sleep, or increased stress, you might want to consult your doctor. Have you always felt this way, or is it just lately that you have been feeling this way? If it is all of a sudden it could be overtraining, or an onset of an illness, such as mono. Do you make sure that you have off-days? You can't lift and do cardio 7 days a week, your body needs time to build up muscle, as well as rest. I was stubborn with this, and up until a couple months ago found it torturous to take a rest day. Good luck.

Are you getting your fruits and vegetables and do you take vitamins and minerals? With a workout that extensive you need to load up on them. If these bases are covered, how about your sleep? You need to sleep 8 hours a night, no ifs, ands or buts if you do not want to be tired during the day. The body requires it to function at optimum level. And you must drink 8 glasses of water a day. Without it, you will be tired too. If you can truly say that you are doing all of this, and you still feel exhausted, you will need to have a blood test to see if you are anemic or there is some other underlying reason you should not be functioning at optimum level.

You could be suffering from some overtraining. Just sleep 8-10 hours and slow up on the working out. No one should ever work out that much.
30 minutes of cardio daily is fine.
But trim your weight lifting to maybe 50 minutes and do it five day per week at the most. Rest is the key in weight lifting.
Good luck.

Take it easy, your body needs rest. I recommend getting more sleep and doing maybe 30 min of weights instead of an hour everyday.
EDIT: I suggest you eat more sugar during the day to get some energy into you. A candybar here and there won't hurt. + you are working out too much.

why dont you separate days you do cardio and days you do weightlifting? and also you should do one workout with each muscle a week (one day this, one day that) muscle needs time to recover from soreness. Oh, and the days you do weights... you gotta eat A LOT OF PROTEIN and at least 300 more calories than those you burn.

Are you getting enough sleep? Around 8 hours a night is optimal.

You are exhausted because you aren't giving your body a chance to rest and repair. Weight training shouldn't be more than every other day. Your body needs time to repair itself, and you aren't giving it a chance.
You've become an exercise junkie. You need to slow down.

1 hour of weights everyday? what are kind exercises are you doing? what times of day are you working out? if i knew your workout porgram i could help you better. if you email me your program ill be happy to help. im gonna guess your overtraining. when you overtrain for a long time. you will start to feel tired all the time, and eventually get sick. your not giving your body time to recover ,this could lead to toxins built up in your muscles.
