watch out for really greasy foods. they make your breath not so fresh. brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day is also a good sign. if your the kind of person thats really concerned about their breath 24/7 non stop carry some mints around or gum. you don't need to eat it all up at once but just a bit every now and then. there isn't really a certain brand of tooth past you need to use. also you can try out listerene(sp?) mouthwash but i would prefer the listerene antiseptic because that kind doesn't sting as much when u put it in your mouth. and always , always remember floss floss floss! if you don't , who knows what stuff gets stuck in your mouth.

I, unlike you, have had someone tell me I had bad breath, and I did everything. Mints, brushing, gargling with mouthwash and hydrogen peroxide...none of it helped anywhere near as much as flossing. When I would floss between the lower back teeth, I could finally smell what they were smelling. It won't hurt to do the other stuff, and I do them, but in my experience, flossing is what makes the difference.

brush your teeth morning and night, like you're doing. also floss and use act mouthwash at night only.
after eating meals, chew some mint gum- i like trident white. also after meals just use a pocket mirror or compact to make sure you don't have any stuff stuck in your teeth, ew.
good luck with your breath lol!

I read recently to gargle with a mouthwash right before you go to bed. When you're asleep, you don't swallow as much; therefore, the mouthwash really does the trick in "killing the germs that cause bad breath." Something to think about, eh?

Watch your diet. That has a great deal to do with bad breath.
