Stay away from soda(regular and diet). When you drink a lot of soda you put a lot of toxins in your body. And toxins can cause you not to be able to lose weight. Eat some protein, like eggs, chicken, and peanuts. Don't eat a lot of peanuts though because they are fatty. But you do need to eat fat in order to burn fat. Hope i helped.

You're doing great...you'll lose weight fairly quickly with that plan!!
Some suggestions are that you try a cardio sport, such as swimming, running, jogging, or join a sports team to have some more fun with friends.
Ask your parents to take you to a place with DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), laser tag, or other fun exercising games.
Eat healthy, but don't deny yourself the foods you really enjoy. For example, eat healthy lunch and dinner...and you can have a tasty dessert!!You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight...make this fun!...a sort of survival game, lol
Good luck, I know you can do this!!

Hey. If you exercise and eat healthy, it's OK to be a little overweight!! You know what?? It's probably just muscle.. from all that bench pressing!! You are doing all you can now, and the weight doesn't necessarily matter. You are healthy and that is what counts.

when you lift, you gain muscle. muscle is heavier than fat, thus giving you more weight as you work out more.
you have to eat right...no fatty fried foods, no soda
good foods: fish, vegetables, fruits etc
take vitamins
and most of all...CARDIO... gotta do that running
