I wish grilling some sushi and I got a phone call. When I got to the grill, all the fish was black!!! What can I do. I HATE over-done sushi!!!

I recommend making it into a pasta with sauce or soup recipe, or something like that so it is combined with other flavors.

Toss it there is no recovery and just have your rice with veggies and a can of tuna.
