Yes ... eat a banana then put a 'dime' sized (flat) salt in your hand and lick that, then drink a FULL (8-12 oz) glass of 'cool, not cold' water. You are getting 'heat cramps' because you are 'sweating' too much, and are losing the 'salt' and 'potassium' in your system. Bananas are for the potassium and eat that FIRST, then the salt. You MUST drink a full glass of water after to 'dissolve the salt and the banana' so the 'minerals' can get into your blood stream faster. After this, drink more PLAIN WATER, and start drinking 4 ounces of Gatorade or Powerade mixed with 4-8 ounces of water at least once a day ...

whats a heat cramp? Heat does help cramps. I would say take Advil.

Hi Hun fantastic question oh poor you in this situation add a hot water bottle and also camonmile tea/pepper mint tea combined with a paracetamol if needed and also stretches help.

sports drinks, you are cramping because you are dehydrated and your electrolytes are out of balance. I like Propel fitness water personally.
