ncangel why do you use a scientifical law to explain something but dont use the same law to explain god?

the other way around......

the Law of Inertia states that matter will remain in it's original state unless an OUTSIDE force acts upon it.

So, for the Big Bang to have occurred an outside force must have acted on the matter of the universe I.E. God

No I don't believe any true Christian could become an atheist based on anything written in this question

Two of my friends were Christians and claim they were turned Atheists on this forum. I believe them because I saw the sincerity of their questions before and after. Another friend came from Paganism to Atheism.

I'm sure it happens the other way round too.

perhaps. small steps though. i'd be content to have an atheist-hating christian turned into an atheist-tolerating christian. with all the insults flying on both sides it doesn't seem too likely, but oh well.

It takes more functional brain mass to become an atheist. If they haven't already gotten there by 14 years, they've got no hope. Well at least less than adequate hope.
