how many calories do u think i lost if i just did 350 skips (skipping roap), 35 skwots, and 25 sit ups?

a few.
sit ups and other weight training/toning exercises dont burn that many calories and since they only build muscle you will gain weight unless you do enough cardio - for weight loss 4-6 times a week for average of 45min - thats a commitment.
