I heard something like A.R.T. that works for AIDS but don't think it cures completely.

No, there is no cure yet. ART stands for Antiretroviral Treatment... and refers to medications or combinations of medications that are used specifically to alleviate the symptoms of AIDS.

There is no cure for AIDS.The medication your talking about is more of like a curtail;it doesnt stop AIDS,it just slows down the wear on the body so the victim can live longer.(AKA:cocktails)
