Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life.
Find Jesus and you find the meaning to life.
What is the only thing that will remain or matter after you are dead and gone? Money, power, sex... Jesus said in Matthew 23:16 "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world and lose your soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?"
So, your soul is more important than anything else. Whether or not your soul is lost is the #1 meaning of life. This is why God died for you. To save you from hell.
When we stand before God, the one who created us, that's when most of the world will realize what their life was really all about.
If Jesus said He is the life then life is about knowing Him, knowing God intimately. And it is not only possible but mandatory. Jesus said He will say to people, "Depart from me. I never knew you."
He who has the Son has life.

Before we came hear to earth we were just spirits, so we had to be born into a physical body so we could continue to progress. In this body we find joys and appeites, a spirit cannot feel. Our job is to learn how to control these appeites and passions to have greater joy and happieness.
Along the way we have an oppurtunity to share in this creation process and have children of our own to raise and nurture. This continues to give us knowlege and expierence. These are the reasons why we are hear, and at the time of ressurection we will be raised from the grave and receive a physical body ounce again, however at that time we will have a better idea how to treat it and control its appietites and passions.

To appreciate the source of all life, Jehovah God.
We do this by proving that Satan is a liar by our actions. Satan has said humans know what is best for them. God knows what is best for us. We can trust God and follow what our father says, or we can believe Satan and do it our own way.
When Satan is proven worng, then the dead will be resurrected and the Earth will be given to the righteous, that is the ones that followed God. When this happens, the Earth will be back to a paradise and those that are there will take on Adam and Eve's original job. To make the Earth beautiful, all the while thanking and praising God for creating them and allowing them to know joy and happiness.

This is a very spiratual question that differs with every person. I believe that the meaning of life is for you to learn all your lessons so you can go to heaven and live in peace. I believe that you keep coming back until you learn all your lessons. Hope that helps.

Life has no meaning, it is just a gift. Purpose, however, is another issue.
You are what you love, no more and no less. It is your purpose to remember what that is and pursue it, giving every gift/talent/idea you have away to the world. It is why you are here and only this is the experience of "eternal aliveness" that every theology makes reference to.

to prove to God that we are worthy to go back to his presence and enjoy a life of eternal happiness. to experience and learn all the knowledge you can get for as it has been said by a wise man, "it shall be well with you in the life to come". That is if you believe in the afterlife.
