He's really cute and only 21, I keep fantasizing about him. How should I go about this?

Rent a porn movie about naughty teachers seducing their students. Watch it. Then do what happened in the movie.

You do not get intimate with a student-PERIOD!-It is unethical even if he is 21. Office romances are risky even between consenting "peers" This situation calls for more professional ethics for an authority figure and a student are not equally empowered.

I dated a professor when I was 21. I was never in -any- of his classes, so "conflict of interest" issues were never thought about. But... when our relationship was made public, it pretty much ruined his career. He lost his chance at tenure, and is franticly looking for a new job now. It was really terrible for him.

Just think about what can happen. There can be quite a bit at stake.

ask him what he likes to do on the weekends or after work.

chat with him as often as possible and see if he shares any interest in the attention that you have given him.

he will get the message. if he doesn't then just ask him out for a soda to discuss issue you have with family , etc , etc

hmm, well first talk to him...about what he likes to do, where his familys from, what kind of music he listens to, and dont be afraid to show your answers as well. then, exchange phone numbers...and send him silly little flirty text messages, and if he sends flirty ones back, great. and i mean flirty as in like, "waddup cutie? =]" and "i liked your outfit today =]" adn stuff like that. then, tell him that you and him should get together sometime (dont mention anything about a date) and he will most likely say yes. then from there, if he likes you, on this outing of yours (lol), you two will have fun and i dont know, you two will just click and sooner than later hello relationship =]

hope this works for you...it worked for me so im just telling you from expierence!!!! =]

leave it alone.. don't ever mix pleasure with business.. that's a recipe for disaster... all that will create is problems if you both should all of a sudden clash... just admire him from a distance.. and or quit your job and then you can take it further.. so if it doesn't work out, you won't be inconvenienced at work.

No. No. Do you want to lose everything? He probably doens't even want to mess around with someone old like you. I'm not trying to be mean but mess with guys who are your age that don't work with you. And grow up please. I hate adults who act like teenagers. That time is over for you.

If you have no ties, and it would not be deemed inappropriate, then invite him for supper, and see what progresses.
