Any show that you watch on the food network will be an educational experience for you. I learn something everyday from watching the shows. They are all good and very informative.

It's unanimous...Good Eats with Alton Brown. However, Unwrapped and The Secret Life of... are pretty educational as well.

Yeah Good Eats because he explains how to make it and prepare it unlike other shows who just take things out and throw it in a bowl
