I have cut down on my candy, and my daily pizzas (from Large to Mediums). I seem to have reach a plateau in my weight loss.

cut out the candy entirely, it's empty calories that do you no good. a for pete's sake cut the pizza to once a week. lord, it's a wonder you have lost anything at all.

DROP THE DAILY PIZZAS ALTOGETHER. Try a salad!

Well, if you still eat piazza everyday no matter what size then of course you are not going to lose weight. You have to eat healthy and excersize. Try ediets.com and they will come up with a meal plan for you.
