When you are 'off' what do you LOVE to do most? What would you 'need to do' to be able to work at something you could LOVE like that? It's really easy ... but if you are a 'die-hard' WoW player, how can you make that into a 'paying job?' Easy ... take some night classes in 'games design for computers' and start 'designing' your own games ... then you can 'show them' to the 'bigger companies' and get a job. That's just ONE THING, and I'm sure that you can think of several jobs you'd be happier doing. So ... try applying if you already have the 'skills' or go back to school to learn them if you don't. I got lucky ... I loved my FIRST career (psychologist) ... but my husband worked as a chef (overworked and underpaid until he had a heart attack at 39) ... he got a 'grant' that let him go to a community college for any 'one year certification course' and now he is a very HAPPY Web Developer ... so think about 'giving up' your 'boring' professional life, and get a job you LOVE! Your life may be 'poorer' for awhile, but you will be MUCH HAPPIER for the rest of your life.

If you consider your life boring or uninspiring,
it's because you've made no attempt to gain
knowledge or information that will inspire you.
