OK here come the thumbs downs but ............. have you tried paying attention to him instead of being on the computer? There are games on the computer that would interest a 3 year old, or you could read to him, give him crayons and paper and color with him (teach him his colors or how to draw a dog etc...) Let him help you dust the house. It might not be the best job but it gives him something to do and your mom will be "proud" of him for doing a grown up chore. There's lots to do if you use your imagination.
Good luck though I do know how tough it can be.
About the hitting. Put him in time out each time he hits you and make him stay for 3 minutes each time.

Aw... Boys are so hard to take care of..
When he hits you chatch his hand and say "do not hit me." in a load voice. Then try to go play something like chase him saying "i am gonna get you!" Then tickle him... If he hits you again repeat that and -not too hard- slag his hand and explain you are the baby sitter... Then play some more or go outside..
What you need is his trust, you need him to see you as a friend so try to be one... And remember he is only three. Take him out side and race him. Tell him "You can't get me" and run around acting like a four/three year old.
Haha once you make a friend with him...He should quit hitting you and might, might, not hit you again. Oh and you can tell his mom he hit alot but tell her something good about him too... Don't sound like he is the worst brat ever evern if he was!
NOW GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND PLAY !
Good luck
The 15 year old babysitter...

Okay, get off the comp, and pay attention to the three year old, and remember this when you get some weird idea down the road that you might want to have a kid of your own. they are 24 hour care 7 days a week.

Get off the computer and give him something to do. Unleash him at the park or outside. But he's obviously bored and you're not helping by sitting online while he's left to entertain himself.

if u have any near by neighbors (boys work best) then take him outside and have him wrestle or fake takle them. another thing u could do is to let him watch tv or give him a coloring book or something to keep him occupied and leave u alone

I would take his hands and hold together in front of him. Get his attention. Use a firm voice and say for him to stop it or he is going to get a spanking. If he doesn't stop, spank him just enough to get his attention and let him know you mean business. Please don't spank him out of anger, just let him know that it isn't ok to do what he is doing to you. Then tell his parents why you did that.

I don't like small kids much, but I know they like it when u do stuff like give em piggyback rides, and play tag and stuff like that.
Maybe u could do somethin along that line.
