I recently stayed at the Day Inn in Michigan and made a reservation for a week and it was absolutely horrible. Crackheads everywhere, had to change room three times, couldn't get a refund, etc. I went on their website and they have a Customer Service number or you can email them. Which do you think would be better to throughly say everything bad that went on at that "hotel"

I would first try the Customer Service number, and ask who to contact in the corporate headquarters. Then I would sit down and write a letter delineating my complaints.

I would also go to websites where people can write about hotels. This word of mouth keeps others from making the same mistake
