ok so this guys brother tells me that that guy likes me and cant stop talking about me. but when i try and talk to him he ignores me what do i do about it and why do you think hes acting this way?

He's probably shy. Guys get like that when confronted with a girl they like. We go all deer-in-headlights.
So here's what you do: touch the guy. Hold his hand, hug him, whatever. Just touch him like you're already dating. That'll open him up.

Who cares he's a punk. Just forget about him I'm sure there are plenty of other guys who won't go mute when you start a conversation with them. Talk to one of those guys.

hes probably nervous around you and doesnt want to make a fool of himself, if his brothers telling the truth, then hes probably really nervous around you because he likes you

he is either tooo shy or he does not like you --- either way dont stress and look elsewhere --- if he is interested he will find a way to get your attention
