She may have said you lied to her, but did you actually? Also, was it a serious lie? These are both things that would make her response possibly change. But the best thing to do (and possibly the most difficult) would be to get her alone and talk to her in person. Don't try to make a move or do anything that might make her uncomfortable, but look her in the eyes and tell her that you regret lying to her (if you really did) and tell her honestly that you've missed her and that you will try to change for her because she means a lot to you. Be prepared for her to reject you, though, if she was really hurt the last time you broke up. However, a little honesty and some understanding go a long way.

The key question,"did you indeed lie to her and about what" you have left unanswered. If you lied to her and it was major, then I suggest you do the following:1)admit your lie2) tell her the whole story---why, who, when,etc---3)answer all her questions honestly even if you think the truth will doom any chance you have at a make up4)don't be angry at her reactions or insist she forgive you immediately, remember you wronged her 5)apologize to her and assure her that if she forgave you, you will never repeat the same mistake and mean it.6)try to convince her of your love for her. You are beginning to discover how easy it is to lie but how much more difficult it is to recover lost trust. If this is your first infraction, then I join you in asking your girlfriend to give you a second chance. We all make mistakes and deserve second chances. This is hoping your girlfriend agrees with us.

listen up.
first.
does she have/had feelings for u?
if yes then u can back to her and do this:
explain y u lied. tell her im not lying now...look im not lying. i lied becuase i ****** up. and i want you back. i cant picture u out of my like (say her name)...
i promise u that i wont lie again.
after all that pushing. pull back one step and say.....look its ur life....u can do what u want. i just wanted u to know how i feel.
then shut the hell up!.
let it sink in...and walk away.
she will get back to u.
if no feelings in the past and its just based on *** then its pretty hard but u can try to do this:
(coming soon) (ill edit this later ok)

Regaining her trust is going to be really hard. You should try to be friends with her for a while so you can regain her trust. You could also come clean to her and tell her why you lied (if you really did) and tell her that you will do anything you can to regain her trust.

Tell her that you would like an opportunity to explain and for her to give you another chance to start over.

I would tell her that you are really sorry that you lied. Tell her that you love her and that she is perfect, beautiful, and that you miss her. A LOT.

Nothing you say will help. You need to earn her trust again, if it's even possible.
