i heard that u.s makes experimets on marijuna such as hybrid plants, to make medicine for the people who get a prescription, i just didn't know the names government gave to it

Honestly, this is the first time I heard that the U.S. government engineered a marijuana. I heard about the U.S. being the greatest B.S. in the world, and causing the eruption of mt. Pinatubo and other stupid things, but this one, is new to me. Honestly, this makes me curious to know why do such thing.

"Crap" - even for marijuana, which is saying something. Smoking dope is bad enough, but you have to be even dumber to want government dope.
