So much info and knowledge available on ninjutsu and people STILL believe ninja were assassins. Simply not true. Thanks to 80s ninja movies, many people believe something totally different than what ninjutsu is really about.

Samurai followed the bushido code, and because of it, ninjas were needed , since the tasks that ninjas would do would be against the bushido code (assasination, espionage, and so on)

In a nutshell: no, ninjas did not follow the bushido code, the would follow only their master's orders

Bushido is the Samurai code. Ninja follow an assasins code not Bushido.

They never followed it. Only the samurai did.

No and this was oftentimes one of the reasons why they were hired. Since they did not follow it they would not be limited in carrying out their task which was usually assassination but also included kidnapping and theft as well. Also they were not limited by the age or sex of their victims which the Bushido code had some very strict rules about.

Funny thing is...the clown who calls himself Bushido here on YA doesn't follow the Bushido code either! He dishonors himself by living unethically (slandering other people and lying about it).

There are seven virtues associated with the samurai bushido code:

Gi - Rectitude
Yu - Courage
Jin - Benevolence
Rei - Respect
Makoto - Honesty
Meiyo - Honor
Chugi - Loyalty

By my count, he has broken at least 4 (Jin, Rei, Makoto and Meiyo).

Were he a true Samurai, he would not behave in such a manner and, once he realized he had lapsed in judgement and committed such offenses, he would have performed seppuku already.
