Set yourself limits and make a routine. Try to sleep only at certain times. If you feel tired outside of these time, try not to sleep - do something active like go for a walk. Limit the amount of time you spend each day playing video games. Don't do mentally stimulating things (such as reading, watching tv, playing video games) before going to bed. Avoid caffeine, especially before going to bed. Make sure your bed and bedding is comfortable and the temperature is average.
If this doesn't help, speak to your doctor about your sleeping habits.

You have replace time for sleep and activity. It's big change for the all body speciali for a brain. You have to take normal time for sleep and slow down with play on computer. From your story I can conclude that you have problem with add. of playing on computer. Try to turn off and go out and make som exercise to rest your brain and eyes.

one thing u could try is over the counter sleeping pills. if that doesnt help u should see ur doctor and ewxplain ur problem, he/she might have some suggetsions for you or a medication he.she could prescribe. another thing that can help u sleep, is to develop a pattern before u go to bed, if u establish a pattern (such as takinga shower and reading every night before bed) soon ur body will start to recognize when u will be going to bed, and you will be able to sleep better.

You'll get back in the grove when school starts back up. I wouldn't worry about your head. You probably just twisted or jerked your neck the wrong way from getting overly excited playing those video games of yours.

Have you ever just tried reading or going outside to play with friends?
