I have found if you believe strongly enough you can draw negative Emery to you or you can draw positive energy to you. I try to "do unto others" (yeah, folks I know, I am not religious in any way, but I still believe in karma)! And I try not to think negative when I break a mirror. I think our subconscious minds have alot of power over our conscious mind.

superstitions are what people put faith in when they do not have Jehovah to rely on.
Jesus said you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.
free from what?
free from false belief systems that lead nowhere but fear and sorrow.

No. And, just for the record, all religions are superstitions, too. Just thought you'd like to know.

We have five black cats presently. The only bad luck I get when they cross my path is if I trip over one of them.

superstition is based on the mind...if you believe something is bad luck than you'll attract bad luck...if you think something will bring you good luck than it will...but you have to believe it not just think that it will.

By definitions, superstitions are not to be believed -- unless you are superstitious, which, by definition, is a believer of superstition.
