i'm having a whole-wheat bagel (125cal) w/ cream cheese for bfast tomorrow but i don't know what else i can eat along with it to make it a complete bfast.. i need something HEALTHY please

Try some peanut or almond butter on it with some fruit or cottage cheese or spinach withs some grilled chicken and veggies or make an omelet to have with your bagel.
