Sometimes when the Mind is still, I can answer with a yes.

Then I walk outside and this understanding gets assaulted by experiences and although employing Mindfulness, it fails me and I lose the understanding I had.

I then return to still the Mind again.

A good but difficult question because the answer is variable depending when my Mind is still.

I suppose then that overall in Truth I am yet to reach understanding.

Peace in effort my friend...

Yes...I understand. What do I understand ? I understand what the Light of the One is. I hear what is not spoken. I see what some others overlook. I can feel what can not be touched. I understand the language / voice of the soul. I know the Light.

I understand that my happiness, my Peace of mind, my level of Joy is up to me. I understand that hate is the enemy, not other people. I understand when I undo blame and take response ability for the emotions I choose to feel, that I am free. I understand if I do not perceive myself as weak, I have no need of attack. Strong and Undivided is the Power of Unconditional Love. I give welcome to this Great Power beyond the world of symbols........
Peace

Saying namaste is meant as humble aquiescence to the other. It is a deep honest respectful surrender to the other's authority or wisdom. In them, God lives and the namaste is a bowing in reverence to God.

What's to understand?

I get the feeling the more I TRY to understand, the less I actually do. So, I am slowly giving up my understanding and... well... just learning to breathe, and Be!

Is that understandable? ;-)

Yes I understand, truth is not what I think or believe it is much more simpler than that, and it is always now.

My subconscious and I have an understanding.

I admit I know nothing. Sometimes it hints that it knows everything.
