some people just have alot to say. and if the talk to much and loud to there ghetto!!!

Some people do, some don"t. I think is mother nature in each individual with different concepts about life and issues.Some people are comfortable with the oral expression,other choose the writing one.In the end, is not a 100% aaccurate answer to your question which is by the way, original.
