Dice up some potatoes, portion them out onto pieces of aluminum foil. Put in a pat of butter or margarine with each portion, and some minced garlic and chopped onions (as much or little as you like) then a little salt. If you don't have garlic you can replace with garlic powder. Fold down the foil, and fold up the sides to make a closed pouch and put on the grill. Takes about 30 mins, but they're great. I do them with wings, kabobs, steaks...the starch in them balances out with the spiciness from the BBQ sauce.

Edited to add...Ahhh hot wings, or buffalo wings...anything potato goes with hot wings...fries, potato skins (shelled out potatoes and stuffed with cheddar cheese and bacon), any starch that's a finger food goes well with hot wings. My husband's fave to go with his hot wings is mozzarella sticks, my son's and mine is potato skins.

shells and cheese is easy and tasty and if the wings are spicy it is a good counter balance, you could also just do salad or any veggie you have on hand - simple is always best with a BBQ.

shells and cheese or anything that it not spicy will go great with sicy wings but its up to you and your taste of what you like.
