My mom making me make mashed potatoes for dinner but there is no milk or cream. Can I use coffee creamer?

No. Nice try though. Use margarine, butter, sour cream, cream cheese, cheese slices, grated cheese, mayonnaise, even something like ranch salad dressing....

I usually use evaporated milk and since coffee creamer is pretty close to it I think it can be used if it's not flavored obviously.

I wouldn't. If you look on the label the creamer has sugar in it.

Sure you could even use creamy salad dressing (like bleu cheese) I have friends who use mayo, miracle whip and even regular vinaigrette - potatoes follow no rules in how they taste - that is up to you! ;)

some condensed soup would be better, like cream of mushroom or cream of celery or cream of onion or cream of chicken. You could use broth, too, only much less.

Never tried it that way but it sounds good. I think it will work though.
