I just bought a nice Sunbeam electric steamer today at Goodwill. The recipe booklet was missing, so I was wondering if anybody had any great recipes for steamed veggies, dumplings, meat dishes, etc.? Thanks!

Fill the water reservoir to the line indicated and steam away......I don't cook meat dishes except fish in my steamer......the beef and pork tend to come out kind of "grey" looking, and not really appetizing to the eye......Veggies, on the other hand, come out beautufully......from green beans to zucchini to broccoli......I season them first, turn it on for the time needed to steam the veggie (denser veggies take longer, of course) and dive in!!! In the case of fish, ANY fish that I've used in my steamer comes out great, and the nicest thing about the steamer is that you never have to lift the lid, you can see exactly what's going on in the steamer......I'd also recommend that you go to Sunbeam dot com and request the owner's manual to be downloaded or sent to you......that way you can get "exact" recipes.........Oh, and you'll come to love your steamer......it's great when you need the extra stove space on busy holiday times, it can steam just about anywhere......and they're as useful (IMO) as the almighty crock pot......Good luck, and experiment.....God Bless......and Enjoy!!!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU71J

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

It will depend on the fruit or plant linked to a comparison. If perhaps you compare a farreneheit to a carrot, the carrot is the better of the two nutritional. But since you compare an avocado to the carrot, then this avocado is better. Both equally the apple and avocado, are fruits.
