Get used to sleeping with people before you get married??? What are you saying? That is so absurd. Of course you should wait until you get married because you want to have only your wifes body in your head after you get married. The girl needs to work out her past and try to forget everyone else before you can even think about marriage.

It depends on your personal beliefs and morals. If you believe it is alright to have sex before marriage, then go ahead and do it.

Yes, a marriage can work out when one person is experienced and the other is not, but both sides are going to have to be ok with the situation. Personally, the only partner I have ever had is my wife, but she has been with a couple other people. We did not wait until after marriage, but she was just the first person I cared about enough to be with in that way. Everything is fine for us, but if I were hung up on her past, then it would cause problems for us.

It is your personal choice and no one else can make it for you. If you think you should wait until marriage, then do it. But if you fall in love with someone else who didn't wait, you are going to have to decide if you can live with that without resenting their choice forever. Everyone makes their own choice, and unfortunately, sometimes people get into situations where they don't get a choice (sexual assault), or other influences cause them to make a different choice then they might have (such as being drunk).

That is completely up to you. It's your decision whether you want to sleep with someone before marriage. With the times now, it seems alright too... if you love the girl. It could work out.. but it might not. It depends on what you want in a women and how high your morals are.

I think its better to wait to sleep with the person after you get married it makes the relationship that much more intimate when you do start making love

I think that it is all a matter of personal choice. think about it this way:

1. if you are psycho-super religious then no. it's against what the bible says.

2. if you do go to church and what-not than that just depends on your willing to pray for forgiveness and stuff. so it's up to you.

3. if you don't believe in god then it's just up to your morals and how you feel about pre-marital sex. i see nothing wrong with it. just be SAFE! and get tested every 6 months to a year when you go to the doc for a check up just to be safe.

I believe that people have the power to decide for themselves. americans like to hide from sex as topic of dicussion. almost as if it is TABOO!! that's silly. if you're an adult and you want to have sex talk to your partner first. If you can talk to him/her about sex and not be shy about the subject then yes go have sex. use a condom every time! don't let someone try to talk you out of it. it is just not safe these days. too many std's for that game of RR. Sex is not a bad thing but it can complicate a relationship. many people confuse sex with love; just don't let this happen to you and you will be ok. if you are bad the first time don't worry about it. it happens to every one.

hope this helps!

ps. don't lie to a girl about your sexual experiences... so doesn't work out for you. "40 year old virgin" that movie says it all, hello!

whatever you feel comfortable with. thats a moral dilema you are facing, because physically it's fine. just use protection or get tested or both. invest in birth control of some sort as well.
it would work out if you're new to sex and she isn't - it would just take some practice, which would be a fun process between the 2 of you anyways! bottom line - don't sweat it, relax and if you're nervous just say so.

This decision has to be yours and yours alone. I know that doesn't help much but, there are many ppl out there whom dont have sex until marriage. It is a beautiful experience the first time it happens, so think about this.....Do you just want to have sex, or does your fist time want to be with that person you know will wake up next to you for the rest of your life?

I slept with someone before my husband and I got together. When we got together he was still a virgin. It's really your decision. The bible and many religious people will tellyou it's wrong and that you'll go to hell for having premarital sex. I think that's a load of crap.

Scott. Premarital sex is highly over-rated....it's your body! Do what you want, just be sure that you don't regret it.

Don't do it because everyone else is....I always used to hear people say "If your friends jumped off of a bridge, would you jump too?" but It just seems like yes, yes we would! maybe not a bridge, but we do do things that would be just as bad. Just make sure you protect yourself

I struggle with this too...as a Christian, I know I'm supposed to wait for marriage. But as a human being, I can't help it. The flesh is weak.
