I get bad acid burning in my chest I lose my breath my chest gets tight I cant sleep good anymore... What could this be?

the burning sounds like acid reflux, do you get relief with maalox? if so you should probably have your doc put you on nexium capsules. Losing your breath? could be a lot of things, talk to your doc, soon. lack of sleep could also be a lot of things. Sounds like your really stressed about something. Again, see you doc. Oh, and just so you know, a heart attack doesn't feel like a burning sensation, so relax.

The tightness in the chest isn't good. You need to get a check up ASAP!
