There is no international passport because all passports are issued by countries.

A Laissez Passer or 1954 Convention Travel Document is often considered an International Passport. If you are a stateless person, you could qualify. Saying you are the Mahdi might do it too.

The Mahdi is long dead; it is unlikely any country would issue a passport.
