In a couple of ways yes...
Fry oil will over time break down depending upon what your frying. If you are using something that is freshly breaded (coated in flour, bread crumb, ect.) that will cause the oil to break down faster. Using an immersion fryer works best for this type of frying since the particals of flour of crumbs will fall below the heat source and not burn in the oil. If using somehing like a fry daddy where the heat come from below, then that will burn oil up faster. If oil becomes watery and smokes a lot when frying, then it s pretty much done with, then it can be used for other things, bio-deisel, pig farmers use it to fatten up their liverstock, numerous other uses for used fryer oil. It will also depend on what you fry will determinie if you WANT to re-use it. If cooking fish in oil one day, you don't want to use same oil to fry chicken the next, since fry oil will inherit flavors of whatever you fry in them. Hope this helps.

Yes, if it is not stored too long between uses. It can also be strained to remove small bits of food that have been left behind which will extend the life a bit more. You can even re-use it after cooking fish. Just slice a couple of potatoes, cook them in the oil until quite brown, then discard them to remove most if not all of the fish odor and flavor. Discard the oil if it develops an odor of it's own. That means it is beginning to get rancid.

It certainly can I usually reuse oil at least 3 times before I discard it. Store the oil in a closed container to keep out oxygen. You can also mix old oil 1 to 1 with new oil to keep your fried foods tasting good.

i strain & refridgerate oil that i've used to cook chicken chunks in...& if it's just from french fries...i just refridgerate it...that keeps it fresh much longer. If you save oil that you have fried fish with...you can do the same but fry ONLY fish in it next time unless you want everything to have a fishy flavor. Personally i would not leave it at room temperature then reuse.

Yes it can be reused but the keep in mind that if you fried chicken your next meal may taste or smell like chicken. So keep in mind of what you cook the last meal...

Yes but it eventually oxidizes and goes rancid. Use oils suited for deep frying. Many oils oxidize quickly and turn rancid fast. Do not leave burned bits of stuff floating in it, drain and filter it often.

I would only use it to fry the same thing you fried in the oil in the beginning. Like I wouldn't use fish oil to fry french fries, but you can use french fry oil to fry fish or chicken without any taste exchange.

It can be re-used once or twice as long as nothing smelly like fish was cooked in it and the oil hasn't become dark in color.

yes, but only for so long, depending on what you're frying. you'll know to change it when it gets darker and has a stonger odor.
