My wife's family goes back for generations being Christian. Her grandparent's home was one of the strictest Christian homes you can find, yet my wife's father was into drugs, drinking and was in and out of jail too many times to count, starting in his teens. Two of her aunts were pregnant out of wedlock at young ages. My wife was also raised by her grandparents, she suffered from depression and started on the same path as her father had with drinking until the birth of my step daughter when my wife was 21 and unmarried.
I know a lot of other "Christian" families with similar stories. There is no religion when it comes to families with problems.

I'm not sure I would say that most Christians don't have problem children. But you're right. Our Father is an awesome parent.

Um...No. I'm a Christian and hope to raise my child well, but I know plenty of children whose parents are Christians who need a swift kick in the rear. God is an awesome parent, but we're pretty fallible.
PS- I can't believe how ignorant so many of the posters above me are. You can't possibly think the people you're listing are actual Christians. Going to church does not a Christian make.

Apparently most people didn't get what you were implying.
I think a lot of Christian parents forget that they are just stewards, they are here to guide God's children, not dictate how their lives should be lived out, therefore they become suppressed and act out at during the teen age.

I do hope you're being sarcastic, or trying to make a bad joke. Because seriously, you've never met some of the kids I've had to teach, or went to school with, the majority raised Christian.

Not too long ago, there was an article here on Yahoo about Children who were raised with religion.
Of course, most children who were raised with a faith turned out to be better behaving than those who weren't.
However, it is still not known which religion has the best influence on Children.

Not Christians in America. American society is warped and our kids are warped. Every generation is worse. America as a Country is way off track in the Christian perspective.

ummmm.......no. I live in a very Christian town, and there are huge drug problems in the schools. Not to mention that some of those "Christians" can be very phony (not all of them though). Their kids act like they are such great people, yet they steal from their friends parents house and then lie about it.

Now I absolutely HAVE TO see your stats on that one. Because, most Christians I see have the children with the biggest problems.
