i will tell u something and u figure it out. i guessing u want the postures and positions.
we know each part of prayer has a reason.
standing position represents us now. us humans stand before God everyday and humans. when we walk do we walk with our hands near our chest (no). we walk with our hands to our sides.
rikuh is the position we are at when we become old and crippled.
sajoud represents 2 of course. one time for the reason that we were made from dirt and another b/c we will return there when we die. that is why we pray on a turbah or something that is natural. like a flat rouck, dirt, grass.
when we sit that represents us before allah on the day of judgement.
i can help u with words but it will take time. u can email me for more info
to the ppl who say sunni means tradition, yes it is true but we must not be fooled by the name. yazeed, omar and all off them never accepted islam to begin with. they insulted the prophet like all the makkans. imam Ali (as) accepted the message imediatly and did not drink like muayua and the rest.

Pray the Sunni way. The sunni pray as the Prophet(PBUH*) was known to pray so that is the right way. The shia pray a different way then the Prophet(PBUH*).

There is NO SUCH thing as hadith (They are ALL garbage). The Truth is the GLORIOUS QURAN. Bow and Prostrate and think of GOD, Praise Him, Love Him, Glorify Him and ask for forgiveness ..... thats all you need to pray.
What's better than Prayer? Remember GOD in your Heart ... that's Better.
The whole Muslim world is Astray and going further astray and I will be a witness to that, God Willing.

they are similar ... but the sunni is the right one... since welll sunni means from the "Sunna" (actions) of the prophet Mohammed (pbuh)... so they follow him as he taught it....
the shia have added and subtracted some stuff ....
