Ok, So I am trying to loose 7 pounds THE RiGHT WAY. So I'm going to start working out, But I also want to eat healthier. I don't drink soda anymore, If I go out I perfer lemonade, but now its only going to be water from now on. I'm 15 years old and have no clue one how to eat healthier and what not to eat.

Eating healthy is easy, just takes the time to read labels. No trans fats at all, less saturated fats. There are so many choices. You can get sugar free lemonade too. Eat more fruits and veggies, eat whole grains and lean meats. You are 15, I doubt you need to lose 7lbs! Worry more about your overall condition and walk where you go, jog, whatever but eating healthy just should be a way of life, not a way to lose weight. I have NO trans fat in our home, I have two young kids that have never had white bread. They get snacks, like graham crackers with peanut butter, goldfish crackers, even popsicles. We eat well, even have an indulge in ice cream with the less fat. I just read all the labels and we can eat all this with NO trans fat. I can even have my doritos that are baked with no trans fat. It is about reading labels.

drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, blueberries etc
only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well

ps for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch

if it comes straignt from a tree or plant, eat it like:
apples, rice, walnuts, broccoli, cantaloupe, asparagus, orange, potato, onion, lettuce, radish, peach etc
if it doesn not come from a tree or plant directly, do not eat it:
salad dressing, hamburger, burrito, butter, bread, noodles, pie, apple sauce, etc.
this works amazingly well

breakfast: green vegetable,pea,milk,a chew of wheat bread lunch: 2 kinds of green vegetable,rice,fish or marine meals supper: a million different form of vegetable, poultry egg, soup and silvervine
