first keep something like water or a 0 calorie drink in your hand at all times. This helps keep your stomach feeling full and drives off the hungers. It will also make you pee a lot but that helps by flushing out fat cells . An added perk to the water,is that it is great for your skin. Then eat NOTHING FRIED.. sorry.. Bake broil, boil , roast, or grill everything. eat more salad and other fresh veggies and fruit. Fish, skinned chicken and turkey for your meat intake. Go light on red meat, and NO Pork. Watch your portion sizes, 4 oz ( about the same size as a deck of cards) is a portion of meat, 1/2 cup is a portion of veggies, and a portion of pasta is the size of a CD, use a small plate so it looks like more food than it is. Eat whole grains instead of processed .Then take at least 15 minutes a day for a work out routine use weights to tone and build muscle . Do sit ups and waist twists to help with the abs. you will come off of 7 to 10 pounds a month doing this.

Exercise exercise exercise. The best are jogging 3-5 miles a day(the very very best no matter what some people say) and cardio. People think that dietary changes solely can cause large losses in weight. Except for the morbidly obeise, this is not true. I your case, you are overweight, but not Guiness Book of World Records level. You need the willpower to meet your goals. Too many people want to lose weight, but dont have the energy or motivation to do it. Dont be these people.

I am sold on Herbalife products.

I lost 20 pounds and 19 inches in the first six weeks and have continued to lose since then. Cravings are gone. I have lots of energy and feel better. My husband has had even better results!

Of course, exercise will help the process along and tone you up . . .

If you're interested in trying free samples, go to www.rNutrition.net for more information, the only charge is for postage and handling. You'll be glad you gave it a try!!

I wish you the best of luck.

Hmm, if I where you I'd do it the right way. Diet pills should NEVER be an option. Try walking everyday ( two miles ).
And if you would like some better help try this website:

http://www.celebrityfitclub.com/www/xnt/cfc/pages/Splash.aspx?cm_mmc=vh1.com-_-text-_-checkitout-_-vh1007
It helped my friend lose 13 pounds in two months! :)

( If the website doesnt come up then go to the Yahoo! search bar and search for Celebirty Fit Club )

Hope that helped and good luck! ♥

no, you could not lose more than 20 lbs in that amount of time. eating less will work better than exercising (in my experience - i lost 80 lbs)
